Kenneth S. Javerbaum
Kenneth Javerbaum has been representing clients in Union County for nearly four decades. Known in the business and legal communities as a leader in his profession, Ken has an impressive record of success including the largest jury verdict in Union County, in the amount of $10.7 million in the case of Bernoskie v. Zarinsky. A Certified Civil Trial Attorney, Ken has spent his career advocating for plaintiffs who have suffered personal injury as a result of a company's or an individual's negligence or malpractice. He started the firm in 1978 with his college classmate Jack Wurgaft. While the firm has since grown to include numerous attorneys and practice areas, Ken's focus remains on personal injury representation. A native of New Jersey, Ken served a judicial clerkship after graduating from law school with the Hon. Samuel Larner, Judge of the Superior Court of the State of New Jersey. He is actively involved in the State and County Bar Associations, often serving in a leadership role. He is a member of the Million Dollar Advocates Forum, which recognizes attorneys who have demonstrated exceptional skill, experience, and excellence in trial advocacy and have obtained recoveries on behalf of their clients in excess of one million dollars.
